We are ENSOY, the first vegan food start-up from Thurgau. We use the unutilised potential of tofu as well as other soy products and have a clear vision: our goal is nothing less than the revolution of relishing tofu.
Based on organic soy from Thurgau, we have developed a smooth and tender tofu and offer a completely new taste adventure. Tofu has been known for decades in Switzerland, but it is not really accepted yet. Tofu has an image problem. But that is going to change now!
